Aware of the need to promote e-administration, which is governed by the principle of efficiency proclaimed inArticle 103 of our Constitution<\/a>, and in line with Law 11\/2007 of 22 June 2007 on citizens’ electronic access to public services,<\/strong>Alcalal\u00ed Town Council has created under the name of \u201cDESDE SU CASA\u201d what we hope in the near future will be part of the SEDE ELECTRONICA, integrating contents that facilitate procedures with this administration without being able to enjoy all the privileges provided for in the aforementioned Law for the moment, given the insufficient human and material resources available to us.<\/p>\n

Law 11\/2007 of 22 June 2007 on citizens’ electronic access to public services,<\/strong>\u00a0rrecognises the right of citizens to interact with public administrations by electronic means and regulates the basic aspects of the use of information technologies in administrative activity, in relations between public administrations, as well as in citizens\u2019 relations with them in order to guarantee their rights, common treatment before them and the validity and effectiveness of administrative activity under conditions of legal certainty.<\/p>\n
