ADL ALCALAL\u00cd<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Local Development Agency (ADL) is a free public service<\/strong>that Alcalal\u00ed Town Council makes available to the unemployed, business people, entrepreneurs and agents involved in the socio-economic development of our territory.<\/p>\n

The DLA performs, among others, the following functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    \n
  • Prospecting for idle or under-utilised resources of business projects for local economic promotion and innovative initiatives for the generation of employment, which serve to identify new economic activities, as well as the detection of new sources of employment.<\/li>\n
  • Dissemination and stimulation of potential opportunities for the creation of activity among unemployed people, promoters, entrepreneurs and collaborating institutions.<\/li>\n
  • Technical accompaniment in the initiation of business projects for their consolidation into companies that generate new jobs, advising and informing on the technical, economic and financial viability and, in general, on the launching plans of the companies.<\/li>\n
  • Support for business promoters, once the companies have been set up, providing technical support to them during the first stages of operation by applying business management consultancy techniques and assistance in the appropriate training processes to help the companies set up to run smoothly.<\/li>\n
  • Dissemination and information actions on the services and active policies of SERVEF, advice and support on subsidy programmes for training, insertion and employment.<\/li>\n
  • Participation in courses, conferences, forums, events and exchange of experiences in relation to employment policies.<\/li>\n
  • Detection of training needs or any other action that contributes to guaranteeing the main mission set out in the previous article.<\/li>\n
  • Follow the instructions of the SERVEF and complete the questionnaires that are required in the computer application designed for this purpose.<\/li>\n
  • Establish coordination relations with the SERVEF and with the Territorial Employment Pact that may exist in its territory.<\/li>\n
  • Promote joint collaborative actions of the AEDLs of the region\/s. This function may be specifically assumed by the supra-municipal entities, which must coordinate such actions in their territorial area, preferably through the use of new technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
