From February 8 to 23 and on weekends you can experience and enjoy the activities to learn about our cultural and landscape heritage of the town of Alcalalí. We look forward to seeing you at Feslalí 2025.

ORNITHOLOGY ROUTE
AND RINGING WORKSHOP
We discover the fascinating world of birds with Mateo, a local ornithologist who conducts bird censuses at different times of the year using the scientific ringing technique. We will observe birds in the different ecosystems of the town: cropland, river and forest areas. We will divide the group, while some participate in the scientific ringing, others take an interpretive walk in search of birds.

THE LAND THAT BRINGS US”
Exhibition of photographs of Alcalalí provided by the town’s residents: Mateo Ferrer Mora, Pascual Roselló Mengual and Sergio Roselló Morell.

Ethnological Museum
CERAMICS WORKSHOP (SCRATCHING)
Introduction to the technique of sgraffito on ceramics. We will learn to use the tools and materials necessary to carry out this decorative technique of engraving on clay and we will experiment with different colors and textures.
The pieces will then be fired and glazed to be exhibited at the Ethnological Museum during the Crafts and Earth Products Fair, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23. When finished, the pieces can be collected by the authors.

MUSICIZED ROUTE “MOSQUERA:
HISTORY AND MEMORY”
We discover the Moorish heritage of the Mosquera game to the rhythm of music. Two violins and a cello will play well-known pieces of classical music, soundtracks and modern music.

CAROB SWEETS CONTEST
If you like cooking and sweets, sign up, prepare and surprise us with your carob cake. The winning cakes will receive a prize.
Competition open to the public. The City Council will provide half a kilo of carob flour that can be collected from the City Council.

“COLL DE RATES” HIKING ROUTE
We will go down the Ravalet street from where we will see the Coll de Rates and the Carrascal. We will cross the Gorgos river and we will arrive at the Hermitage of Sant Joan de Mosquera, a construction located in an old Moorish village that in 1577 came to have 30 houses and several hydraulic and agricultural constructions. We begin the ascent to the foot of the Penya Talaia. From the Coll de Rates viewpoint, we have breakfast and enjoy the views of the Marina. We go down the bridle path to the forest track that reaches the Mosquera section again.

We will start the Rocklalí with a performance by singer-songwriter Pau Alabajos, we will have lunch, and we will continue with Blat, with national rock and pop music and then we will have Macondo with roll music.

ETHNOBOTANICAL WALK AND WILD COOKING WORKSHOP WITH THE GAROFA AS THE PROTAGONIST
We recover traditional and forgotten uses of GOOD HERBS while learning to identify and differentiate them, then we will share recipe ideas and what the process is to obtain carob flour and syrup.

• Free theme competition for the urban area or district of Alcalalí.
• There will be four prizes of €400, €200, €100 and a trip to the Balearic Islands from the Baleària Foundation.
• Registration until Friday the 21st and on Sunday itself from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the museum.
