By mayoral decree 2022/0331 of 23 March 2022, the Anti-Fraud Measures Plan of the City Council of Alcalalí was approved. Among the measures approved are the following: Creation on the website of a procedure for reporting irregularities to the City Council’s website. In order to comply with the measure adopted, the aforementioned is hereby created:

COMPLAINTS BOX.

If you wish to report facts that may constitute fraud or irregularity in relation to projects or operations financed by funds from the European Union, you can use the channels provided for this purpose.

 

Content of the complaints box:

Do you know which EU fund is involved in the irregularity or whether it affects the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism? Yes/NO 6.2. Comments 7. Information on data protection:

1. The complaint will be taken into account and the results of the steps taken will be communicated to them. 2. Confidentiality and protection of personal data must be respected. 3. They shall not suffer any reprisals, nor shall they be penalised in the case of public officials.
